Job description: GI Group are recruiting for Class 2 HIAB Drivers for a position with our clients based in Coventry & Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will be placed on temporary assignments to support the needs of our ever growing client base. This role can consist of either day or night work so drivers from either shift pattern are encouraged to make an application. The Role:This role consists of multi-drop delivery work consisting of primarily building materials and timber products, completing deliveries across the West Midlands. Manual handling may also be required if the driver cannot unload using the crane, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with strenuous work such as lifting. This is a temporary position and training will be provided on the job if needed. The driver will need to be confident in completing vehicle checks and completing any required defects paperwork. The Perfect Candidate: * Will hold a Clean Full UK Driving Licence* Will hold a valid Tachograph and CPC Card* Will hold a valid HIAB licence with previous experience utilising a crane * Must have a minimum of 2 years experience for insurance purposes. * Will be over 25 years old for insurance purposes* Will be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.* Will have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and an attention to detail is essential.To apply or find out further information on this and our many other exciting opportunity's please contact Joe or Gaz on .
