A Multi Skilled Tradesman/Operative is needed for a Coventry-based housing association maintenance team.
The role involves performing reactive and planned repair work on domestic social housing properties, including carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role and relevant qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds.
The pay rate ranges from £18 to £20 per hour, depending on experience, along with travel expenses of 43p per mile.
The contract is temporary to permanent, starting ASAP, and covers areas in Warwickshire, Coventry, and Stratford Upon Avon.

Multi Skilled Tradesman/Operative required to work with Coventry based housing association maintenance team.

I am looking for an experienced and professional multi skilled tradesman/carpenter to join a busy maintenance team.

Work will include carrying out reactive & planned repair work on domestic social housing properties. Repair work will range for a multi skilled tradesman carpentry repairs,1st and 2nd fix carpenter. As well as a patch plastering, tiling and painting.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Warwickshire, Coventry and Stratford Upon Avon

Contract: Temp to Perm

Pay rate: 18 - 20 depending over experience + 43p per mile travel expenses.

Duration: 12 week temp to perm

Requirements:

3 years minimum experience as a tradesman in a maintenance role.
NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
Full UK driving licence
