Keresley RFC are recruiting for a self-employed part time Kitchen Manager to come and join their march to success.
Over the last few years, the club has achieved excellent growth across all sections - mini, juniors & seniors. They looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who wants to join a fun team, who will work hard and make a difference to their community based club.
The club is also developing the facility over the next two / three years to be a class leading facility in the local area.

What we need from you as a Kitchen Manager:
- Experience in producing high quality meals for up to 150 people
- Experience in kitchen HACCP
- Experience in stock purchase and control
- Food Hygiene certification or willing to attend relevant training
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Fully responsible for the club kitchen
- Able to produce buffet (finger food), players meals and also three course sit down dinners
- Manage volunteer workforce to assist with running and serving of food
- Continue with current H & S and to bring in anything that is needed
Training:
- Our client can offer training that you may need to progress the kitchen further
Is this a paid role?
- This is a self employed role, £14 per hour
When am I expected to work:
- Saturdays 2.00pm 6.00pm
- Sundays 10.00am 2.00pm
- The occasional week and weekends afternoon for buffet food or event food Inc BBQ
- Once a month a full Saturday for 3 course sit down lunches prepared at the club
- Preparation of food on a Thursday night
- Potential of extra meals during Christmas period
