Commercial Team Manager – LogisticsHybrid (2 days WFH)Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

As a Commercial Team Manager, you will be running the daily activities of a team of ten Customer Account Representatives and be responsible for their continuous performance improvement. You will be also supporting a team of Account Managers and building long-lasting relationships with external customers.

What are your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team during exciting expansion across the UK.
  • Identify the gaps in development and create, provide and monitor all training activities for the Commercial Services Team.
  • Analyse and report on key commercial performances, revenue and KPIs.
  • Building and developing further relationships with internal teams and external key clients. 

What is your skill set:

  • 2-5 years of team-leading experience in logistics or any other service organisation.
  • Essential experience in support/admin management or commercial role.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of MS Office systems and preferably Power BI.
  • Track record of delivering excellent customer service and inside training.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
