As a pivotal figure within our Commercial Services team, you’ll lead a group of 10 customer-focused professionals, driving excellence across customer accounts, service delivery, and internal collaboration. Your role will ensure our customers receive top-tier service and that our internal processes continue to evolve and improve.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring your team has the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. You’ll collaborate with various departments—such as Contracts, Quality, Transport, and Service Centres—to optimize performance and maintain strong customer relationships. Innovation will be at the core of what you do, as you help implement digital service products and identify opportunities for ongoing digitalisation.
