- Extensive SMART repair and Alloy Wheel Repair Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in franchise development, lead generation, and relationship management, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and leads.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new franchisees.
- Maintain regular communication with current franchise owners to provide support and motivation.
- Organise training sessions and workshops to ensure franchisees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including screening candidates and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with other departments to align franchise development strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and franchise performance for management review.
