- Develop the marketing strategy in line with the business’s broader objectives – full ownership for marketing objectives and outcomes
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives
- Demand generation & conversion – Paid search, content creation, events etc…
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand ‘look and feel’ across all communications
- Management on a new CMS and CRM
- Customer and competitor research
- Design campaigns showcasing our USPs and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies that maximise brand impact and revenue
- Proven experience in a strategic marketing or brand/product management role
- Expertise in managing marketing agencies and delivering creative campaigns
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix and using data-driven insights for decision-making
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver multiple projects effectively
