- Consistently meet KPIs set by the Sales Manager, including call rates and diary entries.
- Assist with credit control when needed to ensure timely client payments.
- Provide post-sales service and manage client accounts effectively.
- Attend competitor events when required, meeting revenue targets onsite.
- Balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments as necessary.
- Utilise social media platforms to increase sales activity.
- Ensure accurate database management and effective data entry.
- Deliver exceptional onsite client service, ensuring exhibitor satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional approach and resolve onsite issues efficiently.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in high-value sales activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Office-based role, working 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM on Fridays.
