Sales Executive

OTE £50,000 to £60,000 first year

The job:

All appointments are booked for you by head office, so all you need to do is meet the customers at their own homes, explain the options the company provides, and up-selling and cross-selling the variety of services they offer. Appointments are typically booked in the afternoon and early evenings, this allows you to have your morning free should you need to do the school run, weekly shop or dog walk.

Ideally, you will have previously worked within a sales environment, that might be within an estate agency, automotive, recruitment, retail or any other target-related environment and have your own car, mileage paid at £0.40 a mile and other expenses incurred (parking) are paid.

Salary and benefits:

  • Basic salary is £25K per annum
  • Commission dependant on performance (Average of 10%) of all net revenue
  • Generous additional incentive schemes e.g. £100.00 per own appointment cultivated
  • OTE based on Full Time is £50K+ for your first year
  • 28 days paid holiday (20 days + 8 Bank Holidays)
  • Mileage allowance @ 40p per mile
