What you'll do:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of achieving profitable growth targets and managing commercial aspects of assigned programs. You will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and establish key customer relationships. Your role will involve preparing and leading new business strategies while working closely with various teams including Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Cost Estimating. You will also be responsible for maintaining part pricing matrixes, coordinating part transfers, leading cross-functional customer relationships, and supporting other Account Managers and Sales Analysts.

  • Create and oversee the new business strategy and motivate a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the necessary success criteria, to meet the assigned net new company objectives.
  • Participate in the internal and external management of customer business plans and productivity initiatives.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing and Cost Estimating teams
  • Develop, maintain and establish customer relationships
  • Ensure consistency at customer level by developing and leading price negotiations.
  • Develop internal cross-functional partnerships.
  • Prepare and lead new business strategies
  • Maintain part pricing matrix and coordinate part transfers
  • Recognise and make appropriate use of internal systems and processes
  • Support and mentor Account Managers and Sales Analysts

  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
