We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our clients team for an exciting commercial site project in Coventry. If you have a strong background in electrical project management, RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and commercial refit and refurbishment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence
- Lead and manage the electrical scope of work on a large commercial site
- Develop and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
- Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and resolve any issues or delays
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status regularly
- Manage project financials, including cost tracking and reporting
Essential Qualifications:
- ECS card
- SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally in commercial refit and refurbishment
- Strong understanding of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with managing large-scale commercial projects
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
