They are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor to cover domestic and commercial sites, ensuring to provide timely and professional services to clients. Candidates must have strong proven experience within the industry, as well as the BOHS P402 as a minimum. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits packages to the successful applicant.
The role includes travel across: Coventry, Hinckley, Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Redditch, Solihull, Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, Cannock, Rugeley, Stafford, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Stafford, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Telford, Coalville, Leicester, Wigston, Burton upon Trent, Nottingham, Derby, Castle Donington, Beeston, Melton Mowbray, Stoke-on-Trent.
Experience / Qualifications:
- It is essential to hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) and strong experience undertaking Asbestos Surveys
- Must have experience working on domestic and commercial client sites
- Well-versed in UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
- Good written and IT skills
- Hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across a mixed portfolio of client sites
- Collecting suspected ACM samples from site
- Writing detailed survey reports, including site-specific plans and drawings
- Working to agreed deadlines
- Liaising with clients to confirm site access and appointments
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Ensuring to work in line with industry protocol and safety measures
