Laminator responsibilities include -
- Laminate tools and components.
- Seal and release patterns and moulds.
- Apply vacuum bags to tools and components.
- Load ovens and autoclaves.
- Create templates and cut component kits.
- Achieve customer delivery targets without compromising quality.
Laminator desirable skills and experience -
- Experience working in a similar role and with composites.
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
- Able to read and work from technical drawings.
- Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.
