We're partnering with one of the worlds leading Facilities Management organisations to recruit a Commercial Manager to work exclusively on a signficant account in Coventry.
The Company
The role is working for an award winning business with over 60,000 colleagues across the UK and revenues in excess of £4billion.
The Role & Candidate
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of the Facilities Manager sector, ideally working on PFI contracts, providing commercial solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing legal, financial and commercial risks & opportunities with a background in resolving complex issues through problem solving and negotiations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high profile contract with prospects of development and career progression.
