Our client, who creates innovative products dedicated to supporting their customers, is looking for a Warranty and Returns Executive to join their successful customer service team.
As the Warranty & Returns Executive you will be responsible for providing support to all customers with claims, ensuring processes are followed, managing customer expectations in a fast-moving environment to deliver positive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Liaison with all stakeholders regarding claims
Review and Improve warranty processes
Create, monitor and manage internal reporting
Assist with the forecast of warranty budget and forecasts
Process replacement orders in a timely and accurate manner
Analyse data relating to customer claims
Support Finance with debit and credit note resolution
Monitor dispatch of delivery notes and manage stock issues
Claims Month end
