CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will have experience in programming, setting, and operating 3 and 5 axis milling machines using Fanuc controls. Must be proficient in utilizing programs for both HAAS and Leadwell milling machines.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3 and 5 axis milling machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specs
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of components
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
• Proficiency with Fanuc controls and ability to utilize programs for HAAS and Leadwell machines
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment

• Analyzing technical drawings and specifications
• Programming and setting up milling machines
• Operating machines to produce precision components
• Conducting routine maintenance on equipment

Rate and Shift

• The rate for this position is competitive and will be based on experience and skill level
• This is a full-time position with a standard shift, with the potential for overtime as needed
