CNC Miller Setter Operator

What You Will Do:

-    Set and Operate Heidenhain CNC Milling Machines: Ensure all settings and adjustments are perfectly aligned for optimal production runs.

-    Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Utilize your understanding of blueprints and technical documents to determine precise machining operations.

-    Select and Install Cutting Tools: Choose the appropriate tools and fixtures for different materials and desired outcomes.

-    Conduct Quality Control: Use precision measuring tools to inspect and ensure all machined parts meet stringent specifications and tolerances.

-    Adhere to Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe working environment by strictly following safety procedures and company policies.

What You Will Bring:

-    Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Operator, with a strong focus on Heidenhain milling machines.

-    Proficiency in setting up and operating 2, 3, and 5-axis milling machines.

-    A solid background in setting machines for small batch work and one-offs.

-    The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

-    Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
