CNC Turner Setter / Operator
Shifts: Weekend dayshift Friday - Saturday - Sunday 0600-1800
Salary: £40,813.50 including shift allowance (Dependent on experience),

Location: Commutable from Coventry, Leicester and Birmingham.
Optima UK are proud to bring to market 6 exclusive permanent positions for experienced CNC Turner Setter / Operators, working in partnership with a well-established precision engineering and global manufacturer within aerospace operating in a variety of Complex Markets.
The company will consider candidates for either their
CNC Turner Setter / Operator Responsibilities:
- Setting and Operating one of the following machines:
- Small - Doosan, Moiri Seiki - (50-400 mm)
- Manual - Webster and Benett Manual Machines (bed size 1.5m)
- Large - Webster and Benett CNC Machines 1 large (bed size 2m)
- 3 to 6 Axis CNC.
- Flexibility required in relation to operating more than one machine.
- Work to achieve set production times and targets.
Essential Skills:
- Mechanical Apprentice trained or qualified by experience.
- 3 to 6 Axis Experience.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, with guidance and supervision.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
