We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our clients team on an exciting commercialproject in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising electrical works for commercial projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the electrical installations for the commercial fit-out project
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of electricians and subcontractors
- Ensure that all electrical works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget
- Review and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team
- Assist in the preparation of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and ensure their implementation on-site
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and report on progress, issues, and any required changes
Essential Qualifications:
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably on commercial fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, commercial installations, and site safety regulations
- Ability to manage and supervise electrical teams and subcontractors
- Experience with RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
- Good communication and leadership skills
