About the Role:
Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Foreman to join a medium sized contractor on multiple wastewater treatment projects within the area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional with a background in water treatment works, to join a contractor with multiple projects up to the value of 3 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain progress and productivity.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, health & safety procedures (RAMS, ITPs, QA), and ensure full compliance with site regulations.
  • Lead toolbox talks, briefings, and site inductions.
  • Maintain accurate site records and report progress to senior management.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of QA, RAMS, ITPs, and health & safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results under pressure.
  • In-date site tickets; CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid.
  • Ideally an in-date Thames Water Passport.
