Sub Agent

We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our team on a public realm scheme in Coventry. This is a freelance opportunity ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in highways projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing site activities, ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
·Oversee and coordinate on-site operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
·Manage day-to-day site activities, supervising subcontractors and site teams.
·Ensure timely delivery of works, meeting project milestones and deadlines.
·Collaborate with the project manager and design teams to resolve technical issues.
·Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting.
·Monitor and manage resources effectively, ensuring value for money.
·Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, to maintain excellent communication and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
·Proven experience in highways construction projects (essential).
·Strong understanding of public realm schemes and associated challenges.
·Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (HND/Degree preferred).
·Valid CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
·Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
·Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
