Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a production team to meet targets with efficiency and quality
  • Ensure all routine tasks like TPM and quality checks are completed
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with support functions for quick resolutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance
  • Train and mentor production operators to reach high standards of excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices
  • Provide first-line technical support and problem-solving on the shop floor
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and safety-first culture within the team
  • Manage the budget where appropriate

Experience we are seeking
  • Leadership experience in a high-volume metal component assembly environment
  • A natural leader and role model with a hands-on approach
  • Strong understanding of production processes and workplace best practices
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving abilities
