Are you a Design Manager or similar from a Retrofit or Architectural background, looking for a Management position in a fast-growing company that offer hybrid working, company bonuses and progression into more senior and eventually Directorship roles?
This fast-growing energy consultancy are leaders in sustainable building solutions and large-scale retrofit projects for the social housing sectors. This year, they are expanding to the commercial and new-build sectors and are looking for a Design Manager to lead the growing team.
In this varied role, you will be managing a team of 4 Design Engineers, specializing in large-scale retrofit projects across the UK. You will be managing the projects from cradle to grave, conducting daily meetings and updating higher management and stakeholders on project progress. You will be expected to liaise with clients when needed, to ensure specifications are met and standards are adhered to.
This role would suit a Design Manager or similar from a Retrofit or Architectural background, looking for a Management position in a fast-growing company that offer hybrid working and clear progression within the company as it grows.
The Role:
- Managing a team of 4 Designers (Growing to 6 in 3 months)
- Overseeing projects from cradle to grave
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
The Person:
- Design Manager or similar
- From a Retrofit or Architectural background
- Proficient in CAD
- Commutable to Coventry
