We are currently recruiting for a well established client in the Coventry area.-Engineering Manager-Food Manufacturing Environment.-Salary negotiable depending on experienceMain Responsibilities;-Responsible for H&S-Ensure engineering resource is managed and maximized effectively-Manage and motivate the engineering team-Plan and deliver team training requirements in line with business objectives-Direct management support for the Head of Engineering, assisting in the development of engineering strategy for the site to support the businesses short and long-term strategy-Trend, root cause analysis and objective setting-Ensuring all equipment and plant are effectively maintained utilising stores and associated engineering systems-Ensure compliance with customer requirements, PIU, BRC and internal-KPI management and publication-Contractor management-Budget cost centre management-Service contract ownership and implementation-NPT reduction and action planning-Support site project manager where engineering services are requiredAs a Engineering Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established business that's known as the number one company in their sector.
