Shirley Parsons is exclusively partnered with a leading construction company, specialising within social housing frameworks. Our client is seeking a Health and Safety Manager with previous experience within construction, ideally within social housing, with knowledge/qualifications within Asbestos Awareness. The Health and Safety Manager will have the opportunity to coach and mentor a Junior Health and Safety Advisor whilst taking a lead role across their portfolio. Due to the nature of this role, it will require onsite attendance 5 days a week, with an option to work out of the office in Coventry once a week. 

The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:

- Preparation of RAMS, CPP's and inspections
- Leading on various projects within the framework, being the subject matter expert for the business
- Supporting on health and safety strategy and implementation
- Collaborating with existing SHEQ Managers across the wider group

The Health and Safety Manager will have:
- A working knowledge of CDM regulations anf applications 
- NEBOSH Construction at minimum
- Proactive and collaborative approach to solutions 
- Experience in accident investigations within a construction environment
- Full UK Licence
- Right to Work in the UK
