Position: Residential Conveyancer

Our client is a respected regional law firm with a strong presence across Warwickshire. Known for its exceptional staff retention, the firm offers a flexible and supportive work environment, which contributes to their outstanding reputation. It is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its close-knit team in Leamington Spa, although it will consider its other offices in Coventry and Kenilworth as locations in which the role can be based.

Role Overview:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload, encompassing a variety of conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters
  • Oversee freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively within the team
