My client is a well-regarded regional law firm in Coventry that is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its successful property team. This role is ideal for a motivated Legal Assistant or Paralegal interested in residential property law, looking to grow within a collaborative and welcoming firm. 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the conveyancing team in managing a variety of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
  • Conducting searches, reviewing titles, and overseeing exchanges, registrations and completion procedures
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, providing updates and ensuring smooth communication throughout the conveyancing process
  • Assisting with case file maintenance and management, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Performing general administrative duties to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Prior experience or strong interest in residential conveyancing, with the ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
