Are you an experienced L&D professional looking for a predominantly home-based role? Nurseplus is seeking a Senior Trainer Support Specialist to work closely with senior management, providing administrative support, training delivery, and assisting with the implementation of an LMS system.

Pay: £15 - £16 per hour (timesheet basis)
Up to 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
? Hours available immediately
Potential for a temp-to-perm position

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting Senior Management with training operations and key projects
  • Providing administrative support for training coordination, compliance tracking, and reporting
  • Delivering training sessions where required to maintain high standards across the business
  • Assisting with the implementation of an LMS system, ensuring smooth onboarding and functionality
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in training delivery
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance learning experiences for staff

What We're Looking For:
