This Mortgage Advisor job is available within an established wealth management firm who is seeking an experienced individual to join their team and provide mortgage & protection advice to their clients
Their previous Mortgage Advisor retired a few years ago, therefore, they have a good book of existing clients available for you to re-engage with, many of which may be reaching the end of their fixed term.
In addition, you would benefit from their existing clients from their wealth management team, which will typically produce healthy mortgage cases for you. Our client anticipates plenty of need for you to provide protection advice to clients as well. Furthermore, the business has an employee benefits team, therefore there is opportunity for you to get in front of numerous corporate clients and provide your advice services to their employees
As such, we are looking for a proactive individual who can make things happen and unearth opportunities. As you will be the sole Mortgage Advisor within the business, it is important you are confident in your experience and knowledge and can run your own desk within the wider team.
Alongside the leads / access to clients available, our client would expect some business to come with you and/or for you to be able to generate some of your own business
Mortgage Advisor Requirements
- You should be a Mortgage Advisor with experience of delivering quality client service
- You should be confident providing mortgage and protection advice
- You should be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You should be comfortable being the sole Mortgage Advisor
- Looking for customer focused team members

Mortgage Advisor Benefits
- Salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable) plus performance related bonuses
- Company benefits include 22 days holiday + bank holidays + office closed between Christmas and New Year at Director's discretion, 4x DIS, 2x critical illness, health cash plan and biannual discretionary bonus
- Working hours of 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 1:30pm, Friday
- Office based role with potentially Friday from home
