Our Coventry office (CV5) is easily accessible by car and an 8-minute walk from the nearest train station. We offer hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of 2 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. During an initial training period, you'll be in the office full-time for team integration and peer training.
What will you be doing as a Mortgage Advisor?
- Advise clients on their mortgage and protection needs.
- Research and maintain knowledge of mortgage and protection products and the available providers.
- Meet the regulatory aspects of the role, such as the requirements for disclosure, costs of the services and the advised products.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation relating to the Freelance Contractor and Interim Manager industry sector.
- Take ownership when seeking solutions for clients, including the adjudication of the solution with the Company’s internal departments.
What are the qualities that can help you thrive as a Mortgage Advisor?
- CeMAP 1, 2 & 3
- 1 years’ experience of providing advice on mortgage services and products.
- Previous experience working in a compliance regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products
- High level of numeracy skills
- Strong Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
