An accredited environmental family run SME employing 100 staff, offering years of expertise within their market. They have high staff retention rate and a great work culture.

As part of their growth, they are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join the business, reporting directly to the Credit Manager.

What will you do as a Credit Controller?

  • Manage the Credit Control accounts across 10 companies
  • Process debit and credit payments, updating ledgers
  • Manage and provide monthly statements / forecasts
  • Process reminder debt collection letters
  • Taking ownership of managing outstanding debts
  • Building excellent relationships with clients
  • Prioritising departmental workloads (KPI’s) timely and efficiently.

What do you need as a Credit Controller?

  • At least 5 years proven experience in credit control.
  • Computer literate, Strong IT skills covering Word, Excel, Outlook, SAGE
  • Demonstrate being a willing team player, with a positive/can do attitude
  • Organised and hard working
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Driving License due to location of sites
