About the Role:

As the Customer Support Team Leader, you will:

  • Be the go-to expert for both general customer support and aftercare services, including warranty management and technical troubleshooting.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex cases, ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Drive team performance through regular coaching, setting KPIs, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality control, and sales, to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Optimize support processes and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the customer journey.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions to ensure your team remains skilled and motivated.
About You:

We're looking for a passionate Customer Support Team Leader with:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • A natural ability to motivate and develop a team, with a focus on collaboration and success.
  • Hands-on experience in aftercare services, including handling warranties and technical support.
