In this role, you will be tasked with improving customer website engagement metrics, by coordinating digital customer journey website activities, product data enhancement projects and visual selector creation to improve digital customer experience.

Customer Engagement Specialist - Role Specifics:

Coordinate product data enhancement projects, to improve engagement metrics throughout the customer journey.

Coordinate product visual selector creation and maintenance to improve engagement metrics and lead generation throughout the customer journey.

Coordinate digital customer experience web activities.

Create project plans and track progress with all stakeholders to ensure on time delivery

Track KPIs to ensure business objectives are met

Analyse results and make recommendations

Customer Engagement Specialist - JobHolder Requirements:

Degree, preferably in Digital, Marketing, or Business

Strong data analysis & automation skills

Passionate about digital, technology and innovation

Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects at the same time working numerous stakeholders

Team player, collaborative, excellent relationships, ability to influence

Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make recommendations

Knowledge/experience of digital media platforms & KPIs a plus

Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Customer Engagement Specialist - Hours and Benefits:

37.5 hours per week - with some flexibility on location as well as start and finish times

Up to 15% pension

Up to 10% Bonus
