Contract: 6 monthsPay Rate: £13.20 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Morson Talent are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent for a Customer Service Advisor role based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading utilities company and provide outstanding support to their existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from existing customers, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Managing customer accounts and updating systems with accurate information.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
