A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

Working in their production team you will get exposure to various departments coordinating all administration needed to meet customer needs.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an entry level or experienced candidate to join a progressive business.

The role

  • Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm order and ensure they are correct to what has been agreed
  • Ensuring all paperwork is correct, kept up to date and stored correctly
  • Provide goods in team with updates when to expect deliveries
  • Work towards KPI’s
  • Ensuring all deliveries are cost effective
  • Ensuring CRM system up to date
  • Update pricing

The candidate

  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Preferable experience in customer service/ administration
  • Ability to liaise with liaise with multiple departments
  • Confident communicating with customers via email and phone
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Work as part of a team and alone
