Customer Service Advisor

£24,250 per annum

Full time hours, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our global client in central Coventry. You’ll be working on behalf of a well-known high street brand providing an excellent service to their customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience, we’re open to backgrounds including call centre, retail or hospitality. Excellent customer service skills are a must!

This is an office-based role working in the central Coventry offices, successful candidates must be able to commute to site daily.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor -

  • Contacting customers to discuss their accounts
  • Working with vulnerable customers on a daily basis
  • Provide a quality service to customers on every call
  • Ensure customer records are updated accurately and efficiently
  • Working to achieve targets and KPIs

Experienced required for the Customer Service Advisor role -

  • Previous experience in a fast paced, customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathetic individual who can support vulnerable customers
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of customers
  • Computer literate
