Nelson recruitment are excited to be recruiting for our client for Customer Service Advisors.
This is a work from home position.
Duties to include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Advising on products and services
- Inputting data on to the system
Full training will be provided this will be delivered on site and not from home.
The ideal candidate
- Must be able to commit to the onsite training for at least four weeks.
- Will have some customer service experience
- Be computer literate
- Good telephone manner
- Willing to have backgrounds check completed
- Have access to internet.
The position is temporary for the duration of 6 months. Although, there is other opportunities once this project is completed.
All equipment will be provided for the role.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday

Pay rate: 11.56
