Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by troubleshooting problems and offering effective solutions.
- Order Processing: Assist with order placements, cancellations, and returns, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates for customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help the company improve products and services, and escalate any recurring issues to management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic approach to customer issues
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus
