I am currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team. Â
In this role, you will be the backbone of operations, handling everything from processing orders and liaising with the warehouse team to managing customer complaints and arranging returns. You'll be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely information and assistance. Your responsibilities will also include managing both incoming and outgoing containers, preparing necessary paperwork, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The successful candidate with have a working knowledge of supply chain management systems like Order-wise or SAP, and proven ability with all computer software. If you have at least 2-3 years of experience in face-to-face customer service and relationship development, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
