Job Advert: Sales Advisor - Hybrid
Location: Coventry
Salary: £25,500 plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE of £37,000)
Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home
Role Purpose for a Sales Advisor:
Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager and working as part of a team, youll be speaking to customers via inbound calls and live chat to talk them through the products and services provided by the business. Once a relationship has been built, you will be responsible for following up and encouraging them to place an order with you.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:
- Take inbound calls and live chat enquiries and discuss the customer requirements and the products available to them
- Walk them through the customer journey and answer any questions they may have at this stage
- Generate quotes with a high attention to detail and ensuring the quote is sent in a timely manner
- Proactively manage warm leads and your call back list, to ensure the customer has all the information required to place an order
- Resolve customer queries when required, liaising with the customer care team when needed
Key Skills/Attributes of a Sales Advisor:
- Previous experience in a customer focused or sales role
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Highly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframes
- Motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving success and exceeding objectives
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
