Nelson Recruitment Services are recruiting for Work From Home Based Customer Service advisors.
Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor will be to take in coming calls. Dealing with queries and assisting to resolve these queries. You be able to provide clear and accurate information and keep to date records of all calls.
You will be provided with full training, and all accessories including Laptop to enable you to work from home.
Hours of work:
Five day week
Monday to Friday between (Apply online only) and Saturday and Sunday (Apply online only). You will be required to work at least every other weekend.
You must have an ethernet cable
Be comfortable going on camera during your training period
Pay rate 11.56
