Description
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the Technical department.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures and controls to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train staff in quality procedures and ensure compliance.
- Regularly review and report on quality metrics and performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Profile
A successful Quality Supervisor/Team Lead with food manufacturing experience, as well as:
- A recognised qualification in this specialism
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in using quality management software.
