The Structural Steel Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Tekla Draughtsperson, for a Primary and Architectural Steel Fabricator based in the Midlands.
Job Overview:
You will create detailed models and produce fabrication drawings by interpreting and processing information for structural steel detailing. This includes developing 3D models of steel structures for multiple industries across primary and secondary steel.
What you will be doing:
- Produce and check the models and drawings given by the numerous clients, fabrication drawings, and marking plans
- Good communication skills are needed for the role, you will be liaising with the design team, architects, consultant engineers, and other departments to coordinate projects.
What you need
- Demonstrable experience with Tekla design for the Structural Steel industry
- AutoCAD and additional strong IT skills would be beneficial
- Right to work in the UK indefinitely
