Nursery Practitioner - Coventry

Your new companyWorking with Hays Education means that you have the flexibility to work the hours you want. Jobs are available on a full-and part-time basis in the Nuneaton and Coventry areas. You will have the opportunity to work in either one nursery setting, or multiple settings on a weekly basis.Your new roleYou will be working on a supply basis in a variety of nursery settings. As you are providing agency support, you will NOT be required to complete observations or do any personal care. You will be based in different age groups, although you can specify which age group you would prefer to work with or where your strengths lie. As an agency support staff member, you will be required to engage and interact with children.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a confident communicator and have a passion for working with children. You will engage with children and not be afraid to get down to their level. Working in a nursery is all about having fun, learning through play, not being afraid to get messy. If you have these fun qualities, then this is the job for you.
