Are you a qualified primary school teacher with experience in Early Years?

Long Term Futures is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a welcoming Ofsted 'Good' School two form entry primary. This long-term role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons for Reception pupils.
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure development.
  • Leading a classroom team, including a Teaching Assistant, to support children's learning.
  • Holding in-person parent meetings and maintaining strong communication with families.
  • Differentiating planning to support children with SEN.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Completed ECT Years).
  • Experience teaching within Reception
  • Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Experience supporting children with SEN needs.
