Are you a qualified primary school teacher with experience in Early Years?
Long Term Futures is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a welcoming Ofsted 'Good' School two form entry primary. This long-term role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons for Reception pupils.
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure development.
- Leading a classroom team, including a Teaching Assistant, to support children's learning.
- Holding in-person parent meetings and maintaining strong communication with families.
- Differentiating planning to support children with SEN.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Completed ECT Years).
- Experience teaching within Reception
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Experience supporting children with SEN needs.
