Location: Coventry
Daily Rate: (Apply online only) Per Day.
Days: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: September 2024

LTF Recruitment are working alongside a Secondary School based in Coventry who are looking to appoint a cover supervisor to start September, for a long-term contract covering until July 2025
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing general support to the school and its pupils
- Supervise and lead classes under guidance and instructions set by the teacher
- Communicate with the teacher, providing feedback and updates on student progression and behaviour
- Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring that behaviour is in line with school expectations
- Be motivated and ambitious with a goal to support children to reach their full potential
- Attending weekly CPD sessions within school training programme
Candidate Requirements:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within a secondary school setting
- A passion for supporting students to learn and develop
- Experience as a cover supervisor is desirable, however experienced teaching assistant's are encouraged to apply
