Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Coventry. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with children who need extra support, either in small groups or one-on-one. Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one assistance to children who need extra help with their learning.Facilitate small group activities to reinforce learning and ensure understanding.Support the class teacher with daily activities and classroom management.Track and report on the progress of the children you support.Motivate and encourage students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.? Essential Requirements:Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, specifically with KS1 children.Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.A genuine passion for helping children succeed.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build positive relationships with children who are struggling.??
