Inform Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading property specialist with a strong presence across the Midlands. The Property Accounts Assistant is an urgent new role to support the workload within the business’s accounts department.
You will be office-based, working alongside a highly experienced, dynamic and social team within a busy environment. Once you have settled into your role, you will have the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in accounts and be conversant with sales and purchase ledger. Experience within the property sector is essential, with working knowledge of property-specific financial software. Candidates with service charge accounting experience are highly desirable.
The position will suit an adaptable individual who possesses a positive attitude and enjoys working in a social team environment.
*PLEASE NOTE: Access to transport is ESSENTIAL due to the location.
As Property Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Looking after managed properties on behalf of landlords/clients
- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Posting and paying receipts
- Raising invoices.
- Apportionment.
- Using the property management software TRAMPS

Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch.
