As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium sized nursing home
Ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
Managing budgets and financial plans
Building the occupancy through private residents and marketing the home to the public
Leading and managing the staff
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulation

The ideal person for the Home Manager role should have

A Nursing Qualification (Desirable)
